*Builded on 2 floors, chalet LakeHouse is the perfect place to spend some quality time with your family or your friends.



*Located directly on Lac Lepage, with its private beach, you will love to admire the view all day long. You won`t be disappointed by the nature around our spacious chalet.



*With its 4 closed bedrooms, its 2 full bathrooms, its washing room, its fully equipped kitchen, its 2 living rooms, its veranda AND its game room,

the LakeHouse chalet was designed to offer an unforgettable stay for everyone.



*Outside, you will love its huge backyard on the lake. We offer canoes and kayaks so you can make your stay memorable.



✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of the storage spaces and the garage.



**Please note that any type of party or excessive noise, after 10PM, that could disturb our neighbourhood will be charged an additional fee of $1000 as well as an immediate eviction. Please respect our neighbourhood**



PETS

One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $120 extra cleaning fee + fees.



*****From November to April we recommend a 4WD vehicle with winter tires to get to the chalet, we are not responsible for towing or any other costs****



*CAMERAS*

Please note that we have security cameras outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the spa. The cameras are located in front of the chalet pointing the parking and behind the chalet pointing the lake. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund. We also have a sound device to make sure that the sound remains at a respectful level for our neighbours. This does not record conversations.



*TV*

We have three smart TVs in the chalet, but we do not offer cable TV.



*BBQ*

From May 1st-Oct 15th



*FIREPLACE*

There is a wood fireplace at your disposal, you have to bring your own wood and your own kindling and/or paper to facilitate starting. However, there is a box outside with a phone number on to buy some firewood directly from the chalet.



*LAKE ACCESS & EMBARCATIONS*

Available May 15th-October 15th



**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**
