Plus, there's an living room with a cozy sofa bed. Located a block off both main streets in Sidney you are walking distance to the new Boss City Brewery, multiple bars and restaurants, shops, hardware store and laundromat. Best Location in town. Yet still easy to get to with plenty of parking, no neighbors, fences back yard yet still very quiet and peaceful.
