We have a boat ramp and boat stalls available on property. The two bedroom, two bathroom property overlooks a beautiful lagoon. We have two large swimming pools and kids pool available. Great place to stay

Older but spacious, clean, kitchen fully stocked, big tv's in each bedroom and living room, pier and place to fish on bay right outside back of building along with a grill, beach access right across street, not too far from town but a little less crowded beach wise, love that the balcony connects to living room and both bedrooms, huge pool-all in all great rental

This was our second time staying in this condo. The condo is clean, comfortable and has a great view of the lagoon. It rained a lot during our stay. So we were very glad for the covered parking. One thing to be aware of is that it is up 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. But, there is a locked storage room on the ground floor that can be used to keep fishing/ beach gear. We absolutely would recommend this condo.

Vacation

We enjoyed a week stay at Kent’s place. It was right on the lagoon and there was easy access to the gulf. The condo was well stocked and the shed was a plus.

Always a great stay!

This is our 3rd visit to Gulf Shores staying in this property. It's in a great location just across the street from the beach, near shopping and restaurants. This property is always our 1st choice when we come to visit!

Wonderful Stay

The property had a great location with easy access to the beach and just a short drive to local places to eat and shop. The place was very clean and had a great view of the pier. We would definitely book again for our next trip to Gulf Shores!

The Best Place

The listing was under sold. This condo is way better then the listing described!! The lagoon view was amazing! Really big condo. Pmenty of space for the 4 of us. We really loved being in West Beach down away from most of the crowds. We will definitely stay here again!

Been going to Gulf Shores for years and this place has it all. It's a short walk to the beach, fishing in the lagoon, pool, and the place is spacious and very nice.

Gulf Shores trip

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit is bigger than expected with beautiful views. Downside is the stairs and access the unit and it could use a little updating.

Amazing views!

Absolutely loved staying here! Out of the way, but just across the road to the beach, we loved it! Fishing from the dock was great, everyone was very friendly, loved having the shed to put beach things in, and the price was more than acceptable. Will always stay here, if available! Thanks for a great trip, Kent!

Great location

Not handicapped accessible anywhere on property. Ken's place is nice and has great view of pier. Close to pool and short walk to beach. I would recommend staying here.

Homelike environment

We loved the homelike feeling! We would come back! This is on the 2nd floor so if you have someone older and can not hardly do steps this may not be the place for you. We had such a great time though.

The condo was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the lagoon. The condo complex was quiet and everyone was friendly. The only advice that I would offer is to NOT stop and get a watermelon on your way to Gulf Shores. Because there are stairs. Lots of stairs. Three flights of stairs. And, we really regretted having to carry up all our stuff AND a watermelon when we arrived. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. We hope to return. And, would absolutely recommend this condo.

Great location!

This unit was awesome! Very comfy bed, very roomy with big rooms. The lagoon behind it is ideal for easy fishing and relaxing. The unit is not new and everything isn't "perfect" (ice maker doesn't work, dryer has to be dried more than once) HOWEVER these are small things. The location is perfect if you want to be close to restaurants but not in the middle of all the traffic and rush of further up the parkway. This is a quiet location with ample room for a comfy vacation!

The condo was earthy. There were no particular frills. It had a 'down home' feel where you could be yourself. That is the appealing draw to this condo. Everything was comfortable from the main room to the bedrooms. When you walk into the unit for the first time, you will say, "this is nice". It is a quiet location facing the lagoon and is as peaceful as you might hope for. For us, I think, gazing out over the water was a special takeaway for our stay. It seems like you are in a place all by yourselves. Take into account watching the evening sunset and you know you have come to the right place. From the kitchen and the main room, and back to the bedrooms for a good nights sleep, you have everything that will make your stay enjoyable. It was for us. Kent was very helpful. When we contacted him, he got back to us right away. So, there are no worries if you should need anything. Sea Oats is a destination you will want to return to. Enjoy.

Nice quiet condo

This was our 2nd stay here and we enjoyed the trip. The condo is cute, spacious, and in a nice location with easy beach access. The owner is very easy to work with and made the entire process effortless. Although the condo appeared clean, there was a pair of dirty socks half way under one of the beds (1 was visible upon entering the room) so that was a bit off-putting. I likely wouldn’t have even mentioned the socks but the first time we stayed in this condo (2021) we found deflating balloons stuffed behind the master dresser so that makes me wonder if it’s truly being cleaned thoroughly. There is no dish detergent (to hand wash or for the dish washer) and you need to plan to bring your own paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, coffee filters, etc as there is none in the condo. (These items cost 5x what they should there due to the location so bring them from home and save some $$!)

You get what you pay for

The saying is true, "you get what you pay for." For a quick 3-day weekend, wanting easy beach access for less, this is the spot. The unit was clean, pool was refreshing, and beach access was simple. The nightly price literally can't be beat. Yes, you have to walk across the street, but the access is directly across from the condos and isn't a super long walk, plus there are several showers to clean off the sand when leaving the beach. For two small families, this unit fit us perfectly and we benefited from having two separate bathrooms. But I'm not sure the positives outweigh the negatives here... the kitchen could use a few decent pans (if you're the type who prefer to cook your own meals, might want to bring a pan or two), the hole in the floor under the couch could be fixed, the dryer takes about 3x the normal time to dry anything, and most importantly: put some batteries in the smoke detectors! There is obvious electrical or smoke damage around several lights/fans in the ceilings, and the fact that the smoke detectors were not operational had me seriously questioning my family's safety every night I went to sleep. This place was literally the least expensive unit I've seen with good beach access in many, many years of visiting the Gulf Coast. It's an owner DIY remodel and it's dated. It has some great potential, but I fear one day someone staying there won't be so lucky to leave with only good memories unless some things change to decrease the potential hazards.
