The house was in great condition and in the perfect spot for what we needed. It felt like being home and we had a great time. The TV in the master bedroom wasn't working and a couple of fans were also not working, but it was minor. All in all, a great experience and I'd highly recommend.

I did look into the maintenance issues you mentioned in your review, but the TV and all of the fans appear to be working. It's possible that it was something simple causing the error/issue. I didn't have any time to enjoy the pool. It looked clean and presented as shown online. I didn't enjoy the nearby walking distant Walmart. Extremely crowded with a lot of rude shoppers. I loved the house in its entirety, very cozy, comfortable and 20 minutes away from the convention location. I especially loved the firm mattress, quality bed linens, portable fans, central air, quiet noise-controlled neighborhood, however tight parking space for guests. Plenty of space for couples with children. My spouse and I used the twin bedrooms to lay out/organize our clothing for daily use. Good hot water and pressure from each shower. I brought extra linen, pillows and wash cloths from home. This wasn't needed. Everything was wonderful to me regarding this Vrbo rental. I would love to stay here, again. PS, if you plan on cooking meals, you may want to use your personal nonstick cookware.

The only negative was the pool loungers without cushions. How you expect 77 year olds to lie on hardwood lounges is not good. Hence we didn’t enjoy the pool area.Maybe try them yourself. Maybe the villa could do with a makeover a little tired.
