This one of a kind custom built mountain home is a timber frame ski-in/out property with a “Great Room Open Concept Design”. It is nestled on the ridge of Silver Star Mountain - an oasis that includes 4 bedrooms; 3 full and 2 half bathrooms; a family recreation/media room; a luxurious kitchen, a dining room, and a ski preparation area.

Amenities include ample parking, private hot tub, BBQ, in house laundry, free wi-fi, media nook, and a workspace with a desk. The garage is not included in the rental.

Hot Tub: The private hot tub is only open for the winter season. It is closed for both the summer and shoulder seasons. 

With a view of the entire Okanagan Valley greeting you every day, you will witness some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

With 115 long and varied down hill runs, plus world-class Nordic skiing and biking/hiking trails in the summer; the result is a truly unbelievable vacation destination.

Please note: The garage is not included with a winter season rental however, you may use the garage in the summer for bike storage only (no cars, please!)

There are 4 outdoor parking spots available during your stay.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in every one of our properties. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, and secure keyless entry for a smooth and convenient stay.

Mountain Jewel is a fully equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Ski Access: Head up a set of snow stairs behind the duplex to the skiway to the village and lifts and direct access back home along the skiway. Alternatively, walk down the road to the public skiway access.

Please note: Minimum of five nights during the Christmas/New Years Period.

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.

Your hosts live at Silver Star, so we can ensure your holiday is everything you expected. We are also available to provide you with our "insider" tips so that you will love Silver Star as much as we do.
