Wonderful accommodations

We stayed three nights for a church leadership retreat and it was a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious. The location was great as well; about a 12 minute walk to the beach or a less than 5 minute drive. The host responded very quickly to questions. We would be glad to stay here again!

Amazing experience!!

First off host response to everything was outstanding. Any and all questions about the house or or personal needs were responded to in short order. The home itself match the photos posted online. But in person exceeded my families expectations. The house had everything needed for comfort and entertainment. All bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. I would most definitely rent this home again in the future.

Great potential

House was spacious and as pictured. It is an older home that has been updated in some areas. The house was in need of more attention to cleaning detail specifically dusting, hair found in “clean sheets “ and bath tub from someone else prior to our stay. Under the beds there was a large amount of dust. One of our kids had to get a toy under the bed and came out with dust everywhere on their shirts. House also had an issue with sugar ants attracted to anything of moisture. There isn’t many bath towels for a lot of people and detergent is not included so be sure to bring yourself. If you plan to do cooking be sure to bring basics. There is a spice rack but no basic salt and pepper, garlic, oil, no baking sheets, no tin foil, no dishwasher detergent, 2 paper towels, no wine glasses or wine opener, small garbage bags and thin toilet paper in the bathrooms . We had some minor flooding from a heavy rain through the doors and owner said first time issue. House was good for kids because of the bunks and games, but be sure to purchase insurance because it will be used, rather than the deposit at the discretion of someone else. Overall the house is fine but there needs to be some changes made to make it more guest friendly and durable for frequent use. Owners communication was nonexistent on the last day of departure. We must have been the first guests to be giving a review because the prior one appears to be the same person communicating with us.
