Location location location! This charming house is located only 100m from the entrance of Marino Ballena National Park! You cannot get any closer! Located directly across the street from Costa Rica Dive & Surf Shop which offers daily scuba, snorkeling, whale watching, and surfing tours. You will be close to the beach and to the local restaurants and grocery store. The property is bright and spacious equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. The dining room and personal desk spaces in each room offer amazing remote work setups. Stay connected with fast Wifi and keep cool with powerful AC too! The best part about the property is the lovely outdoor patio and backyard space where each morning brings a chorus of birdsong— if you’re lucky, you might see even see iguanas!
