Pines 300 is a newly renovated 1,700 square foot condominium located on Whitefish Mountain Resort at the doorstep of Glacier National Park. The condominium sits on the southernmost point and top floor of the building giving it the remarkable views of the Great Northern Mountain and Southern range of Glacier National Park.
The living room has extraordinary fresh, morning light and amazing sunsets. There is plenty of comfortable seating for a family to follow-up on the day’s activities or gather for a movie on the new, LG 55 inch Ultra High Definition TV. The fireplace is everything Montana with its rustic stone decoration complimented by the Bison art photograph. Four (16 foot) hand-hewn, reclaimed beams stretch the width of the living room giving it the rustic and Big Montana feel. For the larger size families, the new sectional sofa offers a queen size sleeper bed. Off the living room you will find one balcony with two lounge chairs to take in the views.
The upgraded kitchen includes modern appliances and supplies to make large meals for the family. Guests will find a pizza brick, 8 quart slow cooker, a large Cuisinart coffee maker, utensils, plates, ample drinking glasses (including wine and short glasses), spice rack and more to ensure you can make any meal you wish.
The formal dining room’s 20 point whitetail deer chandelier and oversized modern art canvas allows for families to spend an important time together. For the elders, there is a wet bar, including an 18 bottle wine fridge, complimented by pieces of reclaimed church beams from Libby, MT.
The Master Bedroom boasts ample space and stands alone on one side of the unit allowing for ultimate privacy and relaxation needed on a holiday. There is a king size bed and 50-inch LG Smart TV with Netflix for evening turndowns. The room is accented with custom made reclaimed Wyoming snow fence furniture to give the feel of the Wild West.
The remaining two bedrooms have queen size beds and are complimented with traditional Montana décor. One room includes a photo of a Blackfoot tribe member which are the original residents of the region that inhabited parts of Alberta, Canada and Idaho. In addition, you will find the 2nd balcony off one of the bedrooms with a 5-burner grill to dive into those summer barbecues. We also have a full-size rollaway bed that can be placed in our dining room (convertible 4th bedroom) for privacy or anywhere throughout the condominium to cover the extended family.
The condominium has one parking lot designated for the unit and is conveniently located next to the garage entrance. There is overflow parking at the rear of the garage and is on a first come basis. There is a ski locker in the lobby so guests may use the space to store any of their winter or summer outdoor gear.
The resort and the condominium grounds are home to many Montana wildlife sighting opportunities including the Whitetail Deer, Sage Grouse, Wild Turkey, Northwestern Bull Elk, Bald Eagle, Grizzly and Black Bears. If you get lucky, you may even see the Big Moose!
Summer and Winter activities are endless in the great outdoors and we are able to help with many recommendations including fly fishing for cutthroat trout on the Flathead River, Whitewater Rafting, fishing for lake trout on Whitefish Lake, family photographs, Whitefish Lake swimming, hiking, mountain biking, antique shopping, restaurants, rodeos , our favorite ski trails, Glacier National Park and more.
