Evdiently this is THE place for teenagers (parents optional) to come for Spring Break. Security was great about keeping out anyone not staying in the property, but they obviously couldn't keep 15 teens at a time from camping out at the hot tub or throwing frisbees around the pool.

Condo on the beach

This condo was perfect for 3 couples. We all had our own bedroom and our own bathroom. Plenty of gathering space. Spacious kitchen, laundry, and a wonderful wrap around balcony overlooking the beach. Couldn’t ask for more.

Reservation was easy, check in a breeze. After i reserved the place, I got the check in email which then stated I was required to purchase wristbands for everyone in my group at 15 bucks a piece. They told me it was mandatory that we have them to have access to the pool and beach. Then they did not allow canopies ir umbrellas because they want you to rent theirs which are 100.00 dollars a day. No thanks.

Good stay

Had a good time there. Would have liked to know that there were no condiments in the condo before the check in process. Most of the locations we have stayed before have been equipped with at least salt and pepper and a few things of coffee to go with the coffee maker.

Great Location, Great Place!

We recently stayed with our grown children for a mini vacation and were very happy at Sterling Sands. All three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the balcony had an AMAZING view and the common areas were spacious, well stocked and comfortable. The location was terrific! We didn't use the pool as we heading the few steps off the elevator right on to the beach every day. How easy! Also parking was easy and the building is no more than 15 minutes from any store, restaurant or entertainment that you might want. I would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay in 601 and 601a.

We've stayed in quite a few vacation homes. This one is well stocked with cookware, dishware, and glassware. The ocean view is lovely. The 3 bedrooms each have access to their own baths, which is very convenient. One note would be for renters to consider the forecast before purchasing use of umbrellas and chairs for the week. We did purchase for the week, but only ended up using them 3 days, due to high winds and some rain, as well. The beach is well kept. The pool was, in fact, kept quite warm to the point of being actually comfortable. Access to the pool and beach area through the center of the parking garage. Access to the units is via the elevator in the center column outdoors. The few issues that we did have were handled very quickly by a call to staff, and we greatly appreciated that.

The condo is lovely! We LOVED the location, decor, view, and spaciousness of this unit. We were disappointed in the scarcity of blankets, linens, and paper products. Each of the three beds had sheets and a very thin bedspread. There was not a blanket of any sort in the entire condo. There were 18 extra pillows, but 0 extra pillowcases.
