This Austin house boasts 5 inviting bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. The charming property offers all the essentials for a brilliant get together, bachelorette party, or family reunion, including a large swimming pool to cool off and hangout and tons of balcony space. Located in central Austin, just one block from all the major tourist draws, bars and music venues of South Congress Avenue ! With its cool and cozy atmosphere, our place is the perfect home base for your Austin adventure. Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or relaxing in the comfort of the house, we think our place will help you experience everything Austin has to offer.

a good home that could be a great home

The home is almost brand new. the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean and very functional. the home is far from furnished though and light fixtures in the master lacked bulbs. the main seating area lacked enough seating for the 5 of us. the beautiful kitchen had only two seats for counter dining and there was no dining room. when these issues get resolved it will be a great home.

Ive been creating vacation rental spaces for over 20 years and designed this house specifically for large groups looking to be in what I feel is the greatest neighborhood in Austin. A short walk to all of the famous restraints,and bars like the Continental Club, Jos Coffee , Hotel San Jose and many of the other great tourist destinations. It is also just across the street from the brand new Flagship HEB that just opened in 2025! filled with gourmet food, and restaurants.

The neighborhood has quiet streets, yet is located just one block to South Congress, perhaps the most iconic street in Austin.

This property was designed for large groups of people. Five bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom , plus a swimming pool , and three large deck spaces.
