PET STAYS:
We are a dog friendly house with the following Pet Policy:
• Approval and non-refundable $200 pet fee must be confirmed prior to your stay
• Pet not allowed on furniture or in pool
• Pet must be fully house trained
• Pet must be completely cleaned up after
• Pet must be leashed at all times when not in fenced area
• Pet must be crated indoors when not home with pet
• If barking becomes an issue during stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
• 2 pets max per stay
• If it is determined that a pet was in the house without prior authorization an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged and guest will be removed from the premise immediately.

DURING YOUR STAY:
Renters must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by parents with valid driver’s license and be present for the duration of the rental period.

1 boat allowed in driveway during your stay
6 cars maximum are able to park at this home. Please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

Other things to note
We think the perfect number of guests is between 10-14, but can accommodate up to 20. We only allow children under the age of 18 to sleep on top of the bunk beds.

Visible motion-activated recording cameras are located at the front door (ring doorbell) and side garage door and pool areas. These are in place for security purposes along with allowing us to make sure cleaners and maintenance staff arrive when scheduled.

We provide secure door sensors for extra peace of mind. They chime to alert you when doors are opened, so you'll always know when someone is entering, exiting or accessing the pool patio.
