My husband and I booked the entire property for our October wedding, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Communication from start to finish was always smooth, and quick on any responses. We are already looking forward to booking again in the future!

This stay was truly the best weekend of my life. Magnolia overlook was my dream wedding venue and I cannot express in words how wonderful the whole experience and stay was! I will forever recommend this estate.

We stayed here to celebrate our parent's 60th wedding anniversary and it was amazing! Everyone ages 6 months to 84 had a wonderful time. The property and amenities were perfect! The pools, hot tubs, kayaks, volleyball court were all great to have! Highly recommend the golf cart for ease of getting around. We rented two pontoon boats, a fishing boat and a jet ski and they were great! Only regret is not being able to stay longer! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Exceptionally clean! Dave was a very responsive host and helped with every need we had. The different houses were perfect for our needs and the conference room worked well for our group. The views were beautiful and the fall colors perfect the weekend we were there. We'll definitely use this property again!

We had our wedding here and Destine was amazing! She did all of the setting up and tearing down of the chairs. The place was gorgeous and we loved the hot tubs and kayaks! The property was a little bigger than we expected so I would highly recommend getting the golf cart to run people around it’s totally walkable to the golf cart was super helpful!

We booked this without ever seeing it and it exceeded every expectation I had. The property was spread out perfectly and each house was exactly as described. The hosts were communicative the entire time and truly made our experience flawless. Several people from our group have already expressed interest in booking for their own events!
