Welcome to this newly remolded place in Ilion NY, near to Utica NY. The house has 2 apartments, one on the 1st floor and the other having the 2nd and 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you are greeted with the 1st bedroom next to full bathroom. Next to it is a stunning open concept living room with a kitchen. Near is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and 2 closets. Up the 2nd flight of stairs at the corner of the living room is the 3rd floor which has a 3rd bathroom and two smaller living rooms. Both Living Rooms 2 and 3 have sofa beds.

There was a minor plumbing issue on Thanksgiving morning of all days. We contacted and the owner was extremely responsive.

Ilion - Cooperstown Baseball Trip

This property was not as expected, location per details was not lovely. The outside of the property (surroundung scenery) was not the best. All the amenities mentioned were provided but my biggest complaint were the bugs. The unit does not have central air but have several window air conditioners which may have been the cause of the bugs. I'm not a big outdoors person so to some that might not be an issue but for me it was..the property manager tried rectifying the matter by dropping off bug spray but that still did nothing for my comfort level as I checked out 2 days earlier and went and got a hotel room. The reviews said exceptional, not sure of their standards but for me it would just be ok due to the amenities provided.
