Cottonwood Canyon Farm features 2 fully remodeled luxurious & comfortable homes on a lusciously landscaped Farm Estate with a heated seasonal swimming pool, fire pit, & outdoor dining (both homes rented together). Plenty of room for up to 16 guests to enjoy a harmonious blend of outdoor & indoor living. This is a treasured family property meant to be enjoyed responsibly by respectable guests.

The property is located in a beautiful rural, country setting and part of active 250 acre active farm. Guests can enjoy frequent wildlife sightings including: Deer, wild turkeys, birds and owls!

Enjoy picturesque views of The Blue Mountains & farmland surrounding the property, all the while being a short 10 minute drive to Downtown Walla Walla, and 5-10 minutes away from Southside wineries.

Loved it in Wine Country

Great place and would come back again. There were 16 of us and we ate every meal outside under the awning. Very nice grounds with lots of privacy for lawn games. In the heat the pool was a huge plus. Exceeded all of our expectations.

This place had everything for a comfortable, fun, relaxing and accommodating stay for our annual Aunt and Niece summer gathering! The perfect vacation spot!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to host our family and friends for a long weekend away. The pool, fire pit, yard and BBQ/Community table were EPIC. Plenty of space for three families including en suite bathrooms for privacy. We felt like we on a private resort, away from the hustle bustle of town with plenty to do. We can't wait to come back next year and make this an annual trek to Walla Walla.

Great for Large Groups

This property was exactly as promised. It provided space for all guests and the amenities were wonderful! It is a little ways out of town but we used a party bus for wine tasting. The parking was great. The outside amenities were great as well - the pool, firepit area, dining table and barbeque. Overall it was a great experience!

Great group location!

We spent our third year here and it remains a wonderful experience. The pool was highly enjoyable. The kids really enjoyed the outside space and the various animals that come by. The communication is top notch, super fast, and any issues are dealt with very fast and by professionals. A+++

Spectacular stay for Family Reunion

13 of us gathered at the Cottonwood Canyon Farm for a family reunion and could not have had a better time!! The property is exactly as described and pictured. The setting is idyllic and perfect for a large gathering of friends or family. There is plenty of space to spread out and have time away, but also great areas to congregate and be together. This is the first time we stayed at a property where we could all sit at one table and eat a meal together! Such a treat! We already have plans to return again! Thank you so much for your hospitality and gracious accommodations!

Wine Country Gem

Our whole family consisting four couples and five kids stayed here for two nights on a road trip between Seattle and Boise, and we could not have been happier with our choice to do so. The property was in excellent condition, was beautiful and set up perfect for multiple families to gather. The outside spaces were beautiful, the fire pit and large outside dining table were great gathering places to enjoy Walla Walla wines (Bergevine Lane and Doubleback were hits) and steaks from the grill, the pool kept the kids busy and the kitchen was a busy space as well. The hosts have done a seriously nice job with this property, we will be back!

Cottonwood Canyon Farm - AMAZING!

Our stay at the Cottonwood Canyon Farm was booked to celebrate a 40th birthday with close friends. Our stay and the property was absolutely amazing in every way. Property is beautiful and the house was very clean will all amenities needed to accommodate our stay. We utilized the pool which was a perfect addition to the weekend as well as the fire pit. Property manager Terri was extremely helpful, very courteous and a joy to work with from the booking to the end of our trip. Terri had great recommendations to local wineries and the great town of Walla Walla. This will be a repeat stay and we very much look forward to our next booking at Cottonwood Canyon Farm. Thank you!

Best Rental Ever!

Everything about this property was just perfect. We were a group of 12. 6 couples ranging from mid 40s to early 50s. We've all rented houses ranging from beachfront condos to giant lodges in Sunriver. A couple of the folks even own several rentals themselves. First thing to mention is the quality of everything on the property. We all commented on how nice the patio furniture was and how well appointed the houses were. One of the folks who own rentals thought that perhaps the owners spent a lot of time there because as he put it, nothing about this place was 'rental quality'. The fire pit was great and used every night we were there. The only comment I'd make that's at all negative is that the adirondack chairs were not popular. Very good quality but not the best for sitting around chatting with people. And for us oldish folks, a pain to get out of. The pool was good sized and clean. Very comfortable and easy to stay in for long periods of time. We all wish there was a diving board but understand why there wasn't. One comment I'd make here would be to have more plastic cups. Maybe some wine glasses and cocktail glasses. We were very diligent about no glass around the pool for obvious reasons but it would have been nice to not be drinking wine, scotch or bourbon out of plastic water cups. Air conditioning in both houses worked well and seemed to have no problem keeping up with the weather. Outdoor seating area was great with plenty of room. The BBQ area was a great set up and we had everything we needed to use it. All in all, a great property that's well managed. Every single one of us wants to reserve this place for next year. Can't wait to return!

Great Property - Plan to Visit Again

The property was fantastic! Everything was clean and comfortable. They could have skimped on some details, but they did not. Often beds at rentals are uncomfortable and the kitchen isn’t fully outfitted. That was not the case with this property. All the details were taken care of and we had a great time. We would love to book this venue again!

Moms Wine Weekend in Walla Walla

We enjoyed every lovely minute of our stay at Cottonwood Canyon Ranch! Spectacular home in the most beautiful country setting but only 15 minutes from downtown Walla Walla and wineries. The home was impeccably clean, the kitchen well stocked, the bedding was very comfortable. Our group plans to return!

Amazing location and house

The property is very well kept and we were extremely impressed with how nice everything at the house was. With 9 adults and six kids everyone had their own space to be comfortable. Large bedrooms with plenty of space to accommodate our travel cribs. We brought our own high chairs and infant bath tub. Kids loved the space with glow in the dark legos. The kitchen was very well equipped and cookware was in good condition, and pantry was well stocked with spices, salt and pepper, etc. Appreciated the large mixing bowls and stock pot when cooking for a crowd. We cooked several meals in the kitchen, and also used the grill. During our stay, the firepit was not working. The pool was great, everyone enjoyed swimming. And we enjoyed seeing the turkeys and deer running through the yard. The perfect place to have some family time together. We are definitely planning on coming back again!

Outstanding venue

We used Cotton Wood Canyon Farm as our base for our wedding at a local winery. Perfect for our family. House is special. Cookhouse was perfect for the kid crew. HOT weekend and the pool received appropriate use. Will book again!
