Come stay at the perfect vacation retreat for families & friends in the heart of Walla Walla wine country. Cottonwood Canyon Farm features 2 fully remodeled luxurious & comfortable homes on a lusciously landscaped Farm Estate with a heated seasonal swimming pool, fire pit, & outdoor dining (both homes rented together). Plenty of room for up to 16 guests to enjoy a harmonious blend of outdoor & indoor living. This is a treasured family property meant to be enjoyed responsibly by respectable guests.

The property is located in a beautiful rural, country setting and part of active 250 acre active farm. Guests can enjoy frequent wildlife sightings including: Deer, wild turkeys, birds and owls!

Enjoy picturesque views of The Blue Mountains & farmland surrounding the property, all the while being a short 10 minute drive to Downtown Walla Walla, and 5-10 minutes away from Southside wineries.

- Two spacious, fully remodeled historic homes (The Farmhouse and Cookhouse), always rented together for ultimate guest privacy.

- The Cookhouse includes 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) along with 2 bathrooms (1 Ensuite)
- Both homes include fully stocked kitchens.
- Both homes have plenty of room for lounging, watching TV.
- High speed WiFi & flat screen (Smart) TVs (connect to your app accounts).
- Heated swimming pool (and Pool House bathroom) available seasonally from Memorial Day weekend thru October.
- Shaded, outdoor dining for 16, Weber propane BBQ.
- Gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
- Outdoor seating + lounging area.
- Tesla EV charger located in Farmhouse garage.
- Washer + Dryer.
- Ample off-street (driveway) parking.

We provide high-end bed linens, bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover towels and wipes.

There are many family friendly activities in the Walla Walla area, including hiking, cycling, bird watching, pickleball, and tennis.

Guests have full access to amenities on the property.

Guests provided with electronic key code the day of check-in to enter each home upon arrival.

Maximum guest capacity is 16.

No pets allowed on the property.

Renter Agreement to be signed with all bookings.
