We had a last-minute work trip to Charlotte and this was a great house for it. We love the location and the owner was very easy to communicate and work with. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Great Stay!

Our group of four was in town for an extended work trip and had a great stay! This home met alol of our needs, including a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Also, the location was great and made it easy to get to downtown quickly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

I recently stayed at this VRBO in Charlotte, NC, and overall, it was a good experience. The house was in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. It had three bedrooms, which provided plenty of space for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and met our needs for the trip. This is a solid choice if you're looking for a well-located spot in Charlotte!

The place wasn’t as nice as the pictures looked. There was a broken toilet on the patio. Bath towels were thin and small. The washer didn’t work when we tried to wash something. Also didn’t realize the Nextdoor house was adjoined to the house and there was someone sitting in their car for over 24 hours which was kind of creepy

We are glad you enjoyed the proximity to your events. To clarify, this is a standalone townhome with no shared walls, and we provide private driveway parking for your convenience. The item on the patio was an old unit awaiting pickup; we offered to remove it but waited until after checkout to respect your privacy. Additionally, our cleaning crew used the washer immediately after your stay with no issues. Activity on the public street outside is beyond our control

Came into town for a concert at the stadium. This place was a quick drive from both the airport and the stadium/city areas. It was a great space for what we needed with our family. Neighborhood isn’t very walkable, seems a little run down, but had no issues. Thank you!

Overall Good Stay

Overall the stay was good. The house was just as the listing described. Although the neighbors were nice and friendly, they were loud at night by playing music loudly and talking loud well past midnight and even at 3:30a. The house had ants but that was handled with ant traps. I liked the privacy the fence in the backyard provided. The location was convenient and was around 10 minutes to anything we wanted to do.
