Great house!

Great house to stay in! Comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood seemed rough, but there were no issues or problems. There was no ironing board and also had to pay to wash clothes (I may have missed that in the listing), but otherwise great home to stay in.

Wonderful California Visit

The property is a small home in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything in Atwater. This was perfect for my husband, my daughter, and I. My daughter was there for a preceptorship for Veterinary school & was only 4 minutes from the Atwater Veterinary Clinic! The authentic Mexican food, cherries from the orchards, honey from local farmers, and visiting Yosemite national park were are absolute favorite parts of our trip! The property manager was very attentive & made sure every need was taken care of.

The house was some what clean. Dishes were not put away from the washer. beds were made but the sheets were not very clean. The location was not the greatest house next door was trashy. Sunday Night the house on the right had a full on party with music so loud that shook the house. The police finally arrived at 11PM and the music was lowered the party continued with shouting and fighting. I had to check out early and when I left at around 2:30AM the party was still going. No sleep to get ready for a 13Hour drive back home. Not satisfied with the overall experience.

The property manager and owner communication was excellent, responsive to my needs. I got locked out while loading the car to leave, the door automatically locked and I didn’t have my phone to get back in or call for help (phone is required to open door) Had to drive to a friend’s home for assistance. Also the backyard was overgrown and unkept. Another item of note, you will need coins to operate the washer and dryer.
