This was my first VRBO and was amazed with the house, the rooms and beds were awesome! Great place for 9 adults and one child (12 yr old ). We were there for a Powelifting competition! It was great to have access to a kitchen. The bathrooms were amazing. Would glady stay there again.
Lots of space for everyone, clean and conveniently located for a wedding in Pittsburg. Robert was quick to respond and helpful. We would stay here again, it was perfect for our larger family!
The house was very clean and very minimal which was nice. The neighbors to the right of the house are very nice. There is a park very close by. I would stay there again.
The house had plenty of room and the air conditioning worked great, even up to the third floor. Check in and out was very easy. The neighborhood was very noisy. We had young children, a 2 and 4 year old who could not sleep. Overall, very nice stay.

Easy access simple yet efficient set up in the house would stay again
enjoyed the home, air condition worked great. Had a question regarding hot water and host was quick to respond. my only opinion is regarding curb appeal, the yard was over grown.
Positives: very large and spacious areas; large closets. AC was phenomenal. Lots of throw blankets and were used; plenty of bed pillows. Owner was prompt about delivering basics for the house that weren't there when we checked in. Toilet paper, garbage bags, soap. We had to buy dishwasher soap as there was only enough for one wash.Things needing attention: All faucet hot/cold are backwards. Bed sheet shortage: 3rd floor one bed had only a fitted sheet, the other only a flat and no other blankets. 2nd floor room with dresser did not have any sheets at all and bed wasn't made. It did have a duvet cover, and a mattress pad so just had to use that. The third-floor bathroom shower leaked into the 2nd floor bathroom from the ceiling onto the floor every time it was used. Water damage/mold/mildew on bathroom ceilings-3rd and 2nd floor and very bad mold/mildew on kitchen ceiling. All floors and stairs need either sweeping or vacuuming, gritty underfoot without shoes on.The kitchen had to be entirely cleaned. All appliances (toaster, coffee maker, stove), knives, silverware in silverware drawer, countertops, had a film of mildew and mold on them. Smoke detector battery needs replacing...beeped all nightRaised nails at top of the stairs needs levelingNo washcloths in entire house. We did not attempt to use patio and backyard as all furniture needed more cleaning than we had time to do.These are all fixable things, not sure why we paid for cleaning we did so much.
The host was not helpful, did not send me checkin instructions, had to stay at alternate place first night.House is nice and clean and remodled and beds were wonderful. Plenty of space.Houston is not close to pittsburgh, takes 45 min to get downtown every trip. But Houston is a nice town and plenty to eat and do.The host was the main issue.
House was dirty and had bugs everywhere. The heat didn’t work properly and the first floor was freezing, only one room on the second had heat and was unbearable to be in. The rest of the second floor was cold. The washer and dryer were locked in the basement with no access. There was mold in the kitchen ceiling and other areas. The house was dirty. The dishwasher wasn’t secured to the counter and would fall out. The first floor toilet wasn’t secured to the floor. The tub wasn’t secured to the wall or floor. The showers didn’t appear to have hot water and again we had to contact the owner. They stated they installed them wrong. When we asked the owner about the washer and dryer, they didn’t respond until we said we were leaving early. We weren’t even there 24 hours. They spoke nasty to us and would not help at all. We had to book another home emergency as we had two 3 year olds with us and needed hot water, heat to work properly, a washer and dryer. Also we could not stay somewhere that had mold and bugs everywhere. It was a terrible experience and the owners were beyond awful. They refused to refund us any amount and laughed at us. Do not stay here.
