The Victorian is close to everything, giving you an urban lifestyle experience. This completely furnished queen efficiency apartment features modern design with premium finishes and is walkable to Downtown Muskegon. With 1 bedroom (1 Queen), 1 bath, and 500 square feet. This apartment is an efficiency, but it feels roomier than most.
It includes all the necessities needed, such as bedding, linens, and housewares. It also includes a small sofa bed for added guests (apartment sleeps 2-4 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market.
Additional features: high efficiency ductless heating and air conditioning, gas stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, K-Cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, sugar, and cream. Free Gigabit Internet is included with Roku Streaming TVs in the bedroom and living room. Enjoy patio access in the common area with a gas table top fire pit, tables, grill, and plenty of seating.
There is a parking spot included with this unit; otherwise, there is street parking.

Please make sure to start a load of towels prior to your departure. We have made sure to stock laundry detergent “sheets” for your use (they look like dryer sheets, but they are laundry detergent).
Please do not leave dirty dishes or there will be an additional $65 cleaning fee assessed after your stay. We have stocked dishwashing pods typically, next to or under the kitchen sink.
Please turn the heat back down to 64 degrees (or seasonal AC back to 74) and turn off all lights, fans, and tvs.
Please be sure to close and lock any windows and doors prior to your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The Victorian is a wonderful property in a great neighborhood. Plenty of places to walk, ride your bike, and eat. The property is very well maintained and communication was excellent.
