The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please put all towels in the bathroom shower. Don’t worry about striping the beds, we will take care of that!
Leave no more that 3 dishes in the sink, the rest should be cleaned and put back.
Turn the master AC off, and turn the main AC (in kitchen) set to 75.
All trash must be inside red can outside of camper before checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love being a host to our variety of guests, from fishing groups to girls trips, and family vacations, each has their unique shared love of gathering and being by the water. We especially enjoy (when weather permits) seeing groups having fun in the back yard from flying kites to playing disc golf or having s'mores by the fire.
