Great spot to stay!

The location was perfect. Place was clean and exactly as described. Wonderful courtyard to enjoy the weather. Walmart and places to eat within walking distance. The Walmart is the nicest one I’ve ever seen!Would stay here again and again.Manager was very responsive.

Me , my son and his fiancé needed something simple just for 1 night. This place was it. Perfectly decorated and super clean. It was super easy to check in. The host was nice enough to let my son do our check in since he arrived first. Very cute place. My go to Raleigh spot. I will be definitely be back

Perfect for a landing place!

This space was perfect for what we needed! Medical appointments and rest. The kitchen was also handy to provide healthy food and it had everything we needed except for a strainer and dish cloths. Which must mean we weren’t supposed to worry about stuff like that.

This is one of several rooms that is subleased in the building. At check in, I was given someone else's room key which was a terrifying experience. The room smelled moldy and was much smaller then whats shown in the photos. I would never recommend anyone stay here

This guest arrived around midnight and the front desk provided the incorrect key. I messaged the guest the correct room but they cancelled their reservation and still stayed at our property without a reservation. We had provided the correct room number to the guest within 30 minutes of their arrival even after the reservation was cancelled. Even after a free night and cancellation tactics this guest left this review which is very disheartening given that we followed up until 1:30am on the day of arrival. Hosts beware this guest is not trustworthy and shouldn’t be given a reservation at your property.

My husband and I had an decent stay in this apartment, but not an outstanding one, hence the 3-star review. There were pros and cons to our experience:Pros: the host communicated fairly quickly when we ran into some concerns upon check in. The apartment unit was also well sized, clean, offered laundry and an excellent desk which was a huge plus, and the bed was comfortable. For the price, this spot worked out. However, I did have the distinct feeling that ours was one of the first ever stays in the unit, as we experienced a few cons:The sparse check-in information provided was incorrect. When we received the room key to the wrong room and had to follow up about it, the host's phone number listed was out of service. Fortunately, the host responded quickly to our texts, though for about 10 minutes we were without a room. This could have been prevented. The host said he'd incorporate the necessary changes to improve the listing. Our stay from there was pretty much fine apart from minor, uncontrollable inconveniences to be expected from staying in any apartment or hotel building (loud sounds from neighbors at late hours). Also, though there was an expresso maker and a small coffee maker, there were no 8-12 ounce coffee cups and no kitchen towels (other indications that the unit listing was new and not all kinks have been fully worked out). All in all, for the price, the stay went okay and I'm optimistic in the future check-ins and stays will improve.
