Charming Lake Front House on Lime Lake. 15 minutes to Ellicottville NY.Great hiking , zip lining Holiday Valley, 50minutes to Letchworth State Park (Grand Canyon of the east). Large Deck to watch the Sun Set.2 Docks to Swim, Fish, & Kayak. We also have 2 Bikes & Kayaks for use . Large yard with Fire Pit, Grill. Can play games like Corn Hole, Paddle ball or sitting under a Shaded Tree.
ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking,Parties ,Entertaining Large groups, Not conducive for kids under 5. No pets Min. Age 35

Large Private Lot with Spectacular Lake View in a quiet community. The house has most everything you need. Linens, towels,dishes ,pots and pans. A grill and out door chairs ,fire pit in the side yard (wood not provided) 2 docks for your enjoyment. (No Diving)

The best

Liz is awesome and the property is better than advertised. It’s very private and you have your own fishing hole and your own lakepool.
