The property was exactly as advertised. The host communicated well and was upfront about a few tiny issues. Beautiful area and I would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem!

From start to finish, our four day stay was excellent! On short notice Sandra was professional and easy to contact. I frankly can’t understand the one critical review I read about her property. Well located in the heart of Summer fun of Hot Springs! The unit is well appointed and has a high end kitchen with every necessary. Lots of good extras in the pantry and a little coffee if you forgot it. Beds and linens were new and cozy. Highly recommended! AAA

This place is very nicely set up for dogs. The owner has been thoughtful in providing doggie snacks, a water and food bowl, a small crate, toys, and poop bags. Very nice. We were comfortable. Only setback was that the property did have a slight smell of cigarette smoke. I assumed the place was smoke-free, but the listing doesn't say so. It was slight--I have asthma and it didn't trigger an attack. And it probably goes well with hosting dogs, which we did NOT smell at all. A little confusion about where to put the trash but a neighbor was carrying his to a small unmarked building nearby and we saw that was it.We would stay here again, very helpful when someone has to travel with a pet.
