Our villa is a private beachfront villa for up to 4 guests, offering exclusive use of the pool, landscaped gardens, open-air lounge and outdoor kitchen. Just steps from the beach, it combines privacy and Mediterranean outdoor living with easy access to seaside tavernas, Kalamata's restaurants, cafés and shops. Ideally located for exploring Messinia, close to Kalamata International Airport and approximately 3 hours from Athens International Airport.
The villa is designed around a spacious covered open-air pavilion beside the pool, where guests enjoy the main living, dining, and kitchen area under the Mediterranean sky. Rather than a conventional enclosed lounge, the villa offers a refined outdoor-living experience with shaded seating, ceiling fans, and a seamless connection to the pool and gardens.
The property includes two separate double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The upper-floor suite opens onto a large private terrace with uninterrupted sea views, while the garden-level suite sits close to the pool and outdoor living area. Mature planting and landscaped gardens provide privacy throughout the property.
The villa is rented to one reservation at a time, ensuring complete privacy. It is best suited to couples, adults, and guests aged 12+ who appreciate a stylish seaside escape close to the beach.
