About this property

Spend time in our beautiful pool, walk across the road to the gulf to spend a day playing on the beach or venture out to the many other activities in the area. After a fun-filled day of experiencing all that this area has to offer, come home to a comfortably decorated condo which has been furnished as our second home with comfort and relaxation in mind.

Relax, watch dolphins or enjoy the fabulous sunset on our large riverside deck. Enjoy preparing hors d'oeuvres and cocktails or full gourmet meals in the large, very well equipped kitchen with a fabulous gulf view. Share your 'cocktail hour' or meal with family and friends in our comfortable dining area, on our deck or take advantage of the tables and chairs by the pool or in the gazebo on the river.

The living room includes a double reclining Lazy Boy 3-cushion sofa, a Lazy-Boy recliner and reclining side chair. Wake up to views of the river from a large bedroom window, glass door and deck off the quiet Master Suite which includes a King Size bed with the highest quality Sealy pillowtop mattress, dresser and two night stands, large closet as well as a full on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom with a beautiful view of the gulf includes two Twin Size beds with Sealy Pillowtop mattresses, two dressers and a night stand/Desk as well as a full bathroom just steps away.

Great girls trip

We had an awesome time staying here! Close to things but out of the craziness. Nice, quiet area on the river. Loved sitting on the deck at night and early morning! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful Views

All as advertised. Very well stocked kitchen (I/c spices!). Lovely view of boats traveling the waterway. Beds were exceptionally comfortable including the twins in second bedroom!

Nicely appointed condo

Loved the view of the Ole River from the balcony and the sunsets. Best kitchen ever! Fully stock with quality dishes, pans etc. great king size bed. Very comfortable

Wonderful Stay and Wonderful Host!

The property was exactly as listed. The condo was clean and homey. We were amazed at how stocked the kitchen was. Jim was super responsive and an incredibly accommodating host. We would definitely stay at this condo again, we had a wonderful experience. Can't say enough good things!

Nice condo

Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, very well stocked, enjoyed pool and sitting on balcony watching boats on Ole River. The only negative was the beach access was roped off across the street and the walk to nearest access was a too-long of distance packing beach supplies! Otherwise would have given a 5-star rating!

Why they chose this property

My parents had been 'wintering' in Orange Beach for years and after coming down to visit them, we fell in love with the area.

What makes this property unique

We love the 'cocktail hours' by the pool, walks on the beach, the wide variety of dining in the area, fishing from our pier, guided fishing trips, golfing at the nearby golf courses, museums, shopping and so many opportunities to enjoy live music.
