In the Guest bedroom you have twin bunk beds, and a single twin bed with premium mattresses! Full bathroom in Hallway! Custom touches throughout the condo that will ensure you have an amazing stay!! This is a small Condominium Complex. Easy to get in and out of. Very laid back. Always plenty of room around the pool. Short Walk down to the red light for beach access. Sign says Ole River Beach Access!
You can park in any of the uncovered parking spots. Overflow parking you can park in the gravel lot where the trailers are but this shouldn't be necessary there is usually always parking available.
1 Parking Pass Included (2nd Pass $30 if needed)
Must sign rental agreement upon booking
A $500 security hold will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

My name is Jon! I live in the Birmingham, AL area and grew up going to Orange Beach! I love to Fish and enjoy listing to live music and I don't think there is a better place than Orange Beach to do both! I love hosting people at our Condo and hope you can come and stay!
