Royale Manor is GOLD STANDARD CERTIFIED for your protection. It is a meticulous rancher located in an exclusive, quiet, residential neighborhood. A fully equipped SS kitchen and a shared laundry with W/D ensures the comforts of home. Features a King in the Master bedroom and Queen in the second bedroom, both with AC. Private driveway w/ gate. Sparkling clean and spacious. Beach access nearby or enjoy the poo and hammock. Pets with permission only and there is a charge. Adult oriented.
The space
An open floor plan with large living /dining room and fully equipped kitchen with bar and lots of counter space, 2 door SS fridge, 4 burner SS stove with self cleaning oven and microwave oven. This is an adult oriented property. Over the holidays we have a minimum two night stay.
While our location is on a prestigious street 20 minutes walk from downtown, we are far enough to avoid the barking dogs, roosters and party people, yet close enough to enjoy all the amenities.
While we like pets we need you to tell us about your pet, so that we can determine whether or not it is a suitable pet for the property. We take one pet per stay and there is a charge.
Guest access
The yard, palapa, pool and BBQ are available for your enjoyment. There are lots of chairs and tables around, so that you can enjoy the outdoors. The laundry room is for the use of the staff predominantly, but we are happy to share, as long as the units are available for check-outs. There is a line for hanging bathing suits and beach towels (which are supplied). Bicycles can be rented for a nominal fee.
Other things to note
We are an ADULT ORIENTED PROPERTY so please follow the rules and respect us by not sneaking people in. We make our livelihood by supplying accommodation, and because of the pool and the canal we don't accept children.
Our rates are based on two people, extra persons are charged 25.00 each per night. It will be embarrassing for us and for you if we have to charge for extra persons.
Don't swim in the canal due to crocodiles, but you can fish in it. There are iguanas that wonder through the property from time to time. Just ignore them, and they'll continue on their trek. Please don't encourage them, as they eat the plants.
