Peaceful Lake House with 2 Master Suites Only 15min from Fountain Inn or Laurens
Beautiful lake house located on peaceful Lake Rabon with two master suites. Bring your fishing poles, kayak and/or pontoon (max of 30 hp) and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the screened porch, covered lower porch, living room or master bedrooms. Lake views are everywhere and you are only 15 minutes from growing Fountain Inn, SC or historic downtown Laurens, SC. Lake Rabon is a quiet, rural neighborhood perfect for walking or bicycling with plenty of shaded streets with gentle grades. The neighborhood clubhouse is available to rent separately for family gatherings or wedding receptions and has an outdoor basketball court and playground. Lake Rabon does have restrictions, it is a shallow lake and is restricted to trolling motors or pontoons with a maximum 30 hp motor.
