Ski trip to Utah

This house location and proximity to the ski mountains was fantastic. We felt the house was underwhelming… it did not live up to the online pictures. The couch’s were so filthy we took a sheet off a bed and made a slip cover for them. The house was missing a few amenities, tissues, a wine opener, fresh shampoo and soap. The hot tub was clean and perfect for after a day of skiing. The mattresses were comfortable. The neighbors dog bark for an unreasonable amount of time..overall house worked out. It was clean and convenient.

Quick road trip from Idaho

Good location and very clean home. We didn’t use the hot tub unfortunately, but that is a bonus. The only negatives were the late check-in (5pm) and cleaners showed up at 9 when checkout is no later than 10. Other than that, it worked great for the five of us and I would return!

Beware and Avoid At All Cost

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The pictures do not look like the location at all, they are taken in such a way that shows no true flaws of the home. The home is located as a back house that has broken windows to the left that resembles a garage I believe. The ceiling is made up of tiles you would see in a cafeteria with some falling down and uneven and not structurally sound. There is tons of stains all over the couch and carpets that make it seem like it’s never once been deep cleaned. The floor in some bedrooms is caving in making it extremely unsafe for putting weight onto the floor. The home has multiple boarded up windows with plywood and small crawl spaces and doors that give it a very creepy vibe. The backyard has a hot tub that is full of cloudy water with the side panels of the hot tub missing and water leaking out onto the ground. The backyard is a large grass field that is not well maintained with tons of weeds and a shed in the back that is falling apart. The ONLY decent part of the home was the kitchen with what it seemed like newer appliances. The rest of the home is completely falling apart and shouldn’t be on an app for people to go stay in. The host of this property as well as the management team is in denial about the property while saying that it is advertised well. Do not trust them, my family had to find a new location within 30 min of “checking in” to this home and vacate as soon as possible. It’s really surprising that Vrbo allows properties like this.
