Welcome to our beautiful Cottonwood Heights retreat! This spacious and inviting home is perfect for families and groups looking to enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

**Outdoor Oasis**
Step into the fully fenced backyard and discover your personal oasis. Enjoy friendly competitions with our cornhole setup or gather around the Traeger grill for a delicious BBQ. The custom deck is perfect for outdoor dining, offering ample seating for your group to relax and savor meals together.

**Top Floor Tranquility**
The top floor features a luxurious king master bedroom, providing a serene escape after a day of adventure. You'll also find two additional bedrooms on this floor. One of these is a charming kids' room, complete with a collection of children's books to delight the little ones. The bathroom on this floor includes double sinks, making it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. The third bedroom upstairs boasts a dedicated workspace, perfect for those who need to catch up on emails or work remotely during their stay.

**Basement Bliss**
Head down to the basement to discover a cozy queen bedroom with its own modern bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. The basement also features a fantastic theatre room, perfect for movie nights or binge-watching your favorite shows. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer available, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the back door.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am

Great Place, Quiet Neighborhood

We were very impressed with how clean the house by was and how all the bedrooms had nice linens and the beds were so comfortable, towels were great. I would highly recommend this house for your stay in Salt Lake City. Also close to so much shopping and food.

Hidden gem!

Wonderful place to stay! I genuinely liked the layout of the home. The entertainment room downstairs was perfect for playing video games after a long day of skiing and snowboarding! The house was perfect for all of us, more than enough space and the check in process was straightforward and easy to follow! Don’t miss out on this wonderful place!

Cozy home with great backyard!

The location is fantastic and close to shopping and hiking! We especially loved the amazing backyard space! It was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Communication with the host was excellent. She was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. Her attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable, from the thoughtful welcome snacks to the local tips they provided. I highly recommend staying here, and I can’t wait to come back!
