This three bedroom, 2 bath unit comes with a spacious kitchen and living room space, an outdoor patio, and garage for ski storage. The house is conveniently located at the base of the canyons and is only 18 minutes to the nearest ski resorts.

Hi, my name is Kyra and I am the host for the property. I'm originally from Michigan but moved to beautiful Salt Lake City a couple of years ago. I love hosting friends, family, and people from out of town so it made total sense to list my house on VRBO to share with visitors.
Why they chose this property
Cottonwood Heights is a beautiful neighborhood that is situated very close to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. We love to ski and hike so the close proximity made it a no-brainer to purchase a home in this neighborhood. We hope you enjoy the access to the canyons that we have been able to enjoy over the last couple of years!
What makes this property unique
Our rental is recently renovated and a great place to host your party. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open concept dining room/living room that is great for hanging out in the evening. Our access to the canyons makes us a great spot to stay in both winter and summer for anybody looking for easy access to skiing and hiking.
