Very nice place. Great location, convenient for getting to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude. A lot of room. Well maintained facility. I would definitely rent again.
Nice spot for a couple of families to stay together. Easy access to groceries, ski areas, and all of SLC. Would stay again.

Overall, we had a wonderful time at our stay. The place is clean and beds are comfortable. We were there for our son’s wedding and there was plenty of space for all of us to get ready and prepare for his big day. Thank you!
This 4-BR property was perfect for our group of family and friends to ski the Cottowoods and beyond. Very clean and welcoming home with nice furnishings. A bit light on supplies for the kitchen but enough for apres ski and making dinner. Excellent location near grocery, restaurants, bus stops, and easy drive to resorts. Would stay again!
This townhouse had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was so convenient to have the park out back to let the kids play. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and relax. The townhouse was beautifully remodeled. We would definitely stay here again if the need arose.
Property was very clean and well furnished. We did find a few items that needed attention: a towel bar in one of the bathrooms fell off the wall, a towel ring in another kept falling off and a lamp in the living room had a bulb hanging by a filament. The towel bar was reported to the caretaker but with no response.
The owners have done a fabulous job of updating this unit. New floors. New bathroom fixtures. Fresh paint throughout. New lighting. The furnishings are not inviting and not comfortable. The master bedroom and the downstairs bedroom are nice. The two bunkbed rooms not so much. The bunkbeds are not very comfortable for older people. There are no dressers, no chairs, no place to put unpacked clothing, no lamps on the night stands. Getting up in the middle of the night requires turning on the switch near the door. Overhead lighting, while new, is harsh. Most rooms need dimmers switches especially the living and dining rooms. The only thing the kitchen needs is a real coffee maker. The living room sofa is very uncomfortable and the living room needs a nice recliner type chair along with some ambient lighting. I like all the updates the owners have made to the unit. Now they need to make it inviting and warm.
