the property was pefect for me. i only have a regular problem to set up the tv. the owner should plan to add a pan if someone want to cook eggs for breakfast. the property is close to many services. that was very good.

Summer road trip
Our stay was a perfect location and near our family. We had a small delay in finding the condo location, but Emmanuel was very helpful. There was one request from the owner, not to flush toilet paper, which we found very odd. The condo sleeps 4 people but there was not any extra bedding or pillows for the pull out couch. The towels need to be replaced as they were quite worn. A few welcome coffees for the keurig coffee maker would have been a nice gesture. Otherwise , comfortable and quiet . Would recommend to others if these few things were improved.

Hi Julie,
Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to address a few points from your stay.
In the past, we’ve had issues with guests clogging toilets by flushing sanitary materials. Please note that only toilet tissue should be flushed, and the wastebasket in the washroom is provided for all other garbage disposal.
As outlined in the listing, the standard rate covers two guests. Additional guests are charged $25 per night, and extra pillows and blankets are provided accordingly. You booked for two guests, and no prior permission or payment was made for additional guests, which is required before hosting them.
Also, during your stay, the refrigerator door handle was broken, and this was not reported to us before your departure.
I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines for any future stays.
