We really enjoyed our vacation here. The condo was clean and the location was excellent. We could see the ocean from our balcony. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!Pros:•Host communication was excellent and very responsive.•Listing was accurate with no surprises.•Loved the balcony and ocean view! As my husband says, "If you can't see the beach, you aren't at the beach!"•Enjoyed watching the activity in the campground next door.•Spacious enough for our family, including our 22-year-old daughter and her friend to have their own space.•Kitchen appeared well stocked with cookware and utensils.•Property requires the primary guest checking in to be at least 23 years old.•Each vehicle requires a parking pass, with the cost based on the length of your stay. Cons:•Living room furniture is worn and stained.•Tabletop had trash left by a previous guest.•Cigarette butts were on the balcony despite the no-smoking policy.•Very few electrical outlets in the bedrooms.•The listing could better explain the starter supplies provided (one paper towel roll, one extra toilet paper roll, etc.).Overall, these were minor issues and did not take away from a great beach vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again!
