Incredible two-bedroom apartment, spacious and complete. Located in the complex of Hotel Sheraton, sea front, one of the best locations on the beach of Barra da Tijuca. Near commerce, bars and restaurants and less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. Cozy and modern, perfect to spend your vacation. Holds 7 people and is suitable for children. It has two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, plus free wifi and air conditioning.

Imóvel sujo e sem manutenção.

O apto é fantástico, bem dividido, vista maravilhosa, muita segurança e estrutura ótima na área de lazer. Mas falta manutenção. Apartamento estava nojento, cheio de mofo, e sujeira. Chegamos em uma terça-feira, ao entrar no apto, verificamos que o chão estava grudento e com areia. Estava escuro, faltava luz na suíte principal e a televisão quebrada, avisei o Pedro. Na quarta, como não havia condições de ficar c/ tanta sujeira, passamos o dia limpando. A luz do dia a sujeira se mostrava cada vez pior. Limo e mofo por todo o banheiro, borracha da geladeira havia crostas preta de mofo e areia. Mal dava para ver pela pelas janelas de tão sujas, roupa de cama foi necessário lavar. Cortina da suíte principal literalmente preta por dentro, e por fora com mancha de “líquidos”. Travesseiros mofados. (infelizmente não é possível enviar fotos aqui) Ao ligar máquina de lavar, a mangueira estava rachada, molhava todo o banheiro escorria uma mistura de cabelo, areia e sujeira pelo piso atrás da máquina. Somente a tarde Pedro falou que iria enviar novamente a faxineira (mesma que limpou no dia anterior a entrada), como já estávamos no meio da faxina e iria mandar a mesma pessoa, dispensamos. Qto a iluminação, no fim da tarde de quarta, foi colocada uma lâmpada no quarto. A teve foi retirada para troca na quarta, na quinta levaram outra, mas sem o cabo de energia, a promessa era de levar na quarta pela manhã. Somente no sábado fim de tarde, com muita insistência foi levado. Muito descaso do locatário. Estávamos em 3 adultos e um bebe, minha filha mais uma pessoa voltaram doente.

Vista maravilhosa!!!

Passamos o feriado da Semana Santa neste imóvel, estávamos em família o imóvel é muito bom. No dia que chegamos o imóvel estava com um cheiro de mofo bem forte, como tinha algumas pessoas alérgicas, foi bem complicado. No segundo dia quando deixamos o apto todo aberto começou a diminuir o cheiro, mas no segundo quarto tem um armário que não podíamos nem abrir de tão forte o cheiro de mofo. Travesseiros e cobertas com cheiro de mofo também. Ficamos com o banheiro da suíte principal alagado pois havia um vazamento. Mas avisei ao Pedro que disse que já estava providenciando o conserto. A área de lazer e sensacional, piscina deliciosa e aquecida.
