This property is exceptionally well-appointed and conveniently located. The heating and air conditioning systems operate flawlessly, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable. I found everything to be satisfactory and would certainly return and recommend it to others.

The place was decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean but the area was probably not the best location.

Kathy, this place has been a successful property for five years. The location is right next to the historical district which attracts the most tourists to the area. Safety is our number priority and we do not have that problem here.

Close to ISU

We came to visit our daughter who is attending ISU. The property is clean. Beds were comfortable. It is in the historic district and close to most the main places to go in the area. Everything was as was stated in the description.
