Great location and the property is very well suited for a New Hampshire cottage. The gecko inn is a great spot to stay if you find yourself heading to the Conway area great parks and lakes nearby and the property was perfect for large groups.

Property inside and out needs to be cleaned and maintained. Found food on carpet. Inside floors were dirty. It was dusty with spiderwebs. Outside and walkway was overgrown with tall weeds.Deck had outside debris that looked like hadnt been cleaned in weeks.

Great price for the property with amenities! The hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. Only a ten minute drive to North Conway. Especially appreciated that this property was dog friendly. Will definitely rent again.

Ken was most welcoming and responded very quickly to questions. A small note...there are only 4 or so smaller spoons in the silverware drawer. As always, the Gecko Inn is a warm and welcoming place for our extended family to enjoy a wonderful winter getaway!

This was our second time staying at the Gecko Inn, and once again it proved to be a reliable and comfortable rental. The host is communicative and organized. The home is very clean, well-stocked with everything we need in the kitchen, and spacious enough for everyone to spread out. We usually spend our time shopping, eating, and playing card games, but having the hot tub to unwind in is an added bonus. We hope to stay here again next year!
