If this occurs during your stay the traveler information book lists several other bodies of water close by for water activities as well as other activities in the area. Refunds will not be given due to algae blooms.

Why they chose this property
Lake Carmi and the surrounding area are quintessential Vermont. Rolling green hills, quaint small villages and nature in abundance. The small town of Franklin is lovely and Enosburg, just 15 mins away, has every convenience to you could ever need.
What makes this property unique
Lakefront home with wonderful views. Great fishing and watersports. Long dock and boat access within short distance.
