Latitude Adjustment Penthouse — a gorgeous 3BR/3BA coastal-contemporary escape at One Particular Harbour. Soak in stunning water views from the oversized sliding doors and enjoy an open, sunlit floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area.

Relax on the screened lanai with morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Two king suites offer luxury and privacy, while the bunk room is perfect for the kids.

RESORT AMENITIES
Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional luxurious amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. This place was perfect! Gillian was great to work with from the reservation to checkout. The condo was very clean and well-equipped - from beach bags, coolers, beach towels to cookie sheets, cooking spray - everything we needed or wanted was there! Thank you for your hospitality - we will be back!!

We received an email a week prior to our stay that the pool was closed, we received other pool options but they were too far so we did not utilize. The outside porch patio furniture cushions were mildewy, possibly moldy so we put them aside and didn’t sit on them. The remotes run the lights and fans throughout the house, bedroom one remote did not work. The elevator stopped working so we contacted management, was fixed same day, they were on it. We only received one fob to gain access to property, was inconvenient but we figured it out as we had 7 people total and two vehicles. House was clean, beautiful property. Location of property was perfect. Would stay here again.

This condo was amazing! It is beautifully decorated and very well appointed! Everything is exactly as listed and the owners are very responsive to any questions. The location is perfect ....very close to Anna Maria Island and the IMG Academy. We would definitely stay again and loved every minute!!!!

Amazing Vacation!

Our stay at One Particular Harbour was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were phenomenal and responsive. The property was immaculate and had plenty of things to do for the whole family! We rented bikes and it was a very easy bike ride to the beach! Thanks!

Location is Everything!

Location is everything. This was perfect...just over the bridge to Anna Maria Island and easy drive to any major store that you would need. Flew into Sarasota/Bradenton airport which was only 30 -35 minutes away. Condo was clean and had all the essentials that were needed for our stay. Highly recommend this unit.

A beautiful home with a lovely view

This is a beautiful home with a really nice view. The balcony is a great place to go out and have a cup of coffee on and watch the sunrise. It's a neat community, that is super close to the beaches. There were a lot of good amenities provided. The communication with the property management company was excellent, as well.

7. Where do I pick up the Fob?
This property is located in a secure, gated community, and a fob is required to access the gates. For your convenience, fob pickup is available 24/7 at our location on Manatee Avenue, making your arrival smooth and hassle-free. Please note that the HOA does not permit on-site fob pickup. Unlike other property management companies that require guests to travel onto the island—often through heavy traffic—to retrieve access, we offer a more convenient option just off the island on Manatee Avenue.
