baths, and all new kitchenettes. Beautiful antiques, cozy comforts and sunlit views grace every private

EVERYTHING WAS WELCOMING AND COZY. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE NOSTALGIC ATMOSPHERE WAS WARM AND THE VERANDA WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN. CARTHAGE FINALLY HAS ACCOMODATIONS FOR A STAY AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO IMPOSE ON ANYONE. ;-)

Amazing stay

the hotel (because that’s what it is-an amazing little getaway boutique hotel) looks absolutely fantastic and I wish we stayed longer. Every little detail about it is astonishing! And the location is charming. I highly recommend to stop searching for anything else in the area and just book the room at Chipley’s!!!

I had the absolute best nights sleep in, I can't remember how long, years at the very least. The bed was just the right amount of soft, the sheets were also very soft and helped me sleep better. I got an uninterrupted 8-9 hours of sleep. I had to all the way to Carthage MS and I would go there again to get a good nights sleep from time to time. The rest of the hotel was just absolutely beautiful as well.

I enjoyed this facility so much. It was almost like being at home! I just have 2 suggestions: the first is that each room should have a full-length mirror. I think the perfect place would be a flat mirror place behind the barn door. All one would have to do id to close the barn door to be able to view the mirror. You know us women...we want to know how we look before we walk out the door. The second suggestion- and I know this is not easily remedied- but I am disabled and have to walk with a cane. If it was not for the husband of the owner of the downstairs venue standing outside the hotel, I would never made it up those stairs with my luggage. He was kind enough to carry it all upstairs for me. If he had not been there, I honestly don't know how I would have made it to my room. I hope that you would consider how to remedy this for the handicap population. I did enjoy my stay so much and hope to have the pleasure to stay with you again.
