This house was perfect for our multi family stay. Perfect location with a shuttle to the base lodge. Nicely decorated and a well stocked kitchen. Peter was wonderful to work with and promptly replied to questions. I highly recommend this property for its location to Stratton Mountain as well as being clean, well kept, nicely appointed and having just a little bit more than the general necessities for bathrooms and kitchen. Towels and linens being provided was also a plus.

We were very pleased with these accomodations. It is in a community of spacious condos with lots of interior space. * People can comfortably fit with lots of room for meals and TV watching. Both sides of the mountain are a 3-4 minute car ride away though I recommend parking in the Sunbowl. You could easily hop in your car at lunchtime for a break and go back afterwards. The owner let us check in early and check out late responding to all inquiries in minutes. Its not cheap but its a good deal for two small families or a crowd of 6-8

Great for families!

This is our second time staying here and it was excellent both times. Parking for 2 cars. The shuttle to the base comes every 15-30 min depending on the day of the week right in front of the property. The condo is incredibly clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the mountain with the shuttle makes getting to the mountain a breeze. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great family room/dining room/kitchen space for our family of 6. The owner was communicative and considerate. Wonderful experience and would definitely rent again!

Family Yuletide Stay

Great stay! We had all the comforts of home. Well maintained townhome that was very convenient to the slopes for our family that included a 3 year old learning to ski. Only 3 minutes to the lodge area. Shuttles run frequently. Peter was a great host!

Wonderful Stratton Townhome

Peter was a very gracious and helpful host. The townhouse was clean and well appointed. The location was terrific! You could walk to the village from the townhome there is a sidewalk that takes you right there. The shuttle service was spot on if you are skiing/snowboarding on the mountain. I hope to get the opportunity to rent from Peter again, overall a great experience!

The Absolute Best

I tend to be someone who has very high expectations, and this place did not miss the mark. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in was how immaculate the place was. The layout is fantastic for families and the location is excellent. There’s a shuttle that comes right outside the parking lot every 15 minutes to bring you to the mountain and one to bring you back. Peter was incredibly communicative and really wants his guests to have an amazing experience.

A perfect getaway at Stratton Mountain

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely comfortable and offered plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen and family room created a wonderful and spacious environment for all of us to gather—whether lounging in front of the fireplace, watching streaming services, grilling dinner on the deck, or comfortably cooking up breakfast and lunch. The owner could not have been more delightful. If I sent him a message, he responded within minutes. You won’t go wrong booking this unit!

Our primary home is in Greenwich CT which is a reasonable distance (3 1/2-hour drive) from Stratton to enable us to zip up there for weekends. We don't ski much anymore, and our adult kids are pretty scattered, so we want others to enjoy the comfort and quiet our Stratton place provides. And we'd rather have the pleasure of knowing our guests appreciate it too - rather than having such a fine place sit idle. I truly enjoy being quickly responsive to guests' needs as we would appreciate ourselves when we travel.

Why they chose this property

Styles Brook is in a great location - close enough to easily walk to the village, with the Sports Center right across the street and our private community pool a short walk away. We're close to the action but without the noise and density of the village communities. We love seeing the woods from our windows rather than other houses.

What makes this property unique

We've done major remodeling and refreshing creating an open floor plan that feels spacious yet warm and inviting. Our housekeepers are fantastic, and we always get comments about the cleanliness of our home. Guests seem to appreciate the quality of the place - with a solid 5-star track record we are proud to maintain.
