Welcome to The Standard Downtown Columbus. Our brand new, fully furnished one bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located in the heart of downtown. This modern and stylish space feature a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, a cozy living room with Roku TV for streaming, Keurig-style coffee maker, and a private washer and dryer for laundry needs.

Music festival stay

The apartment was in the perfect location for the music festival my daughter and I were attending...The apartment was very clean and the property manager was very understanding and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Terrible experience. No one sent any communication prior to check in. The first time we called to get any information a recording said their call volume was high and to call back later. We waited an hour and called back and someone told us they must have had the wrong email so she then sent us instructions. However, they failed to inform us you need codes or specific instructions to be able to use the elevator. The AC takes over an hour to kick on so don’t go in the summer of it’s too hot. The two dining chairs are falling apart. The rug and wall decor was cute - you can put lipstick on a pig Do NOT stay here, it will be a nightmare and there will be a serious lack of communication from this company.
