Jamaica Retreat - Ocho Ríos

Built in 2015, we are the original owners of this property situated in the safe, gated community of Drax Hall Country Club just 10 minutes from Ocho Rios. The home features two clean bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen and dinning area with a comfortable family room featuring a 55" smart TV. The property also includes a laundry room and closets with plenty of games for the family, toys, carseat and booster chair all free for your enjoyment. Within this gated community is a wonderful pool, tennis court, and club house that features a gym, ping pong table, couches and TV. Beaches are only minutes away via car. When you're hungry you can walk across the street to the renown Scottie's Jerk Centre and pick up some Jerk chicken, rice and peas, and festival. As of 2022 newly opened Starbucks, Pizza Hut, and Sakura Chinese food are just a short walk away.

Take a day trip into the capital city Kingston to see the home of Reggae legend Bob Marley or his birth place up in the hills of St Ann in Nine Mile. Also check out the infamous home of the Pirates of the Caribbean, Port Royal.

I think this place is very nice and clean, and also you can reach the person incharge of the place, so easy to communicate with. I really do recommend this place especially given the area is so nice and also safe.

Was a dump

Place was so dirty, couch was supposed to be blue but had brown spots all over and bathroom tub had stains all over it was really dirty as a whole but check in process was pretty easy and communication was good also bring your own wash rags and towels please if you choose to stay at this location

Awful stay

I would never recommend a friend or family member to this place nothing was good and comfortable for my stay , no wash cloth no toilet paper , it was just awful, There wasn’t any good communication with property manager .this place is a mess , no good arrangements for guest

The highway to Kingston is just up the road making day trips into the capital smooth and easy. The home is located just 10 minutes down the road from Grizzly at Plantation Cove where all the major music festivals are held. With beaches and rivers all around this really is the perfect location to spend quality time in Jamaica.
