Relax at two nearby beaches—Columbus Cove Beach and Bamboo Blue Beach—only 2.7 km away. You’re just a 13-minute drive from Ocho Rios town and 11 minutes from major attractions like Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Chukka Ocean Outpost at Seville, and Mystic Mountain.

This lovely 2-bedroom bungalow is fully air conditioned. Escape to cool comfort with ceiling fans throughout. If you prefer natural air, this is one of the few homes in the area that has insect screens on all windows and exterior doors, so just open them up and enjoy the sea air.

Like many Airbnb listings, this is a privately owned vacation home managed by the host. We offer a more affordable, home-style experience that’s different from the typical hotel stay. For everyone’s safety, the community requires that I provide advanced registration for guests and their visitors (including drivers). First and last name must be provided for each guest over 18years old. No overnight visitors without permission. Government issued ID's must be presented at the gate.

You will have access to everything except my storage cupboards with locks on them. Starter supplies provided include toilet tissues, paper towels, mini body lotions, shampoos & conditioners, mini soap bars and garbage bags.

The A/Cs have sensors. They will only operate when you are in the room and all the doors and windows are closed. So, for example, if you go into the bedroom and turn it on, but there is a door open, it will turn off within 3 minutes. Another example, if you go into the bedroom, turn it on, exit the room and close the door, the A/C will shut off after 60 minutes, because it will sense you are not in the room. To keep the bedrooms cool while doors are open, use the dining room A/C plus the ceiling fans—in this case, avoid turning on bedroom A/Cs.


There is a really small rental fee for pool chairs, gym and tennis court use this is set by the Club House (not the VRBO host) and is collected there at time of use. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Notify me of your visitors so security clearance can be arranged. Valid gov't issued ID's need to be presented. No more than 3 visitors at a time.
Unauthorized late check-out incurs a cost of $50 for the first hour and $100 thereafter. $250 smoking violation fee.
Do NOT tamper with security cameras or the modem. Do NOT iron on the beds. Do NOT flush condoms or wipes (even if marked “flushable”).

House was very nice; exactly as shown / advertised. Rooms are great; beds comfy. Very clean. Towels are plenty (both bath and beach). Kirk - our host - was super accessible throughout our stay. Check in was no problem (despite our delayed arrival) - easy peasy. We played tennis daily and courts are great; quite unused. Pool was also great.

Kirk was very responsive and proactive in communicating any upcoming events. The photos were a true representation of the space. My family was comfortable, cool and cleaning person didn’t miss a spot. Kitchen had all the conveniences fully stocked with appliances and tools you need to save money on food, but wish it had a few more storage containers for leftovers -other than that the kitchen is awesome. The yard is attractive and organized so it made being outside both day and night wonderful - the grill was a bonus. Kirk cares about the property and your stay; this is evident by his communication, follow-up, and the thoughtfulness in every part of utilizing the home. I would rent again. Thanks Kirk!

Peace and quiet.

This property was peaceful and quiet, beautifully manicured and spotless. Everything you could need starter supplies wise was right at your fingertips. Kirk (Host) was amazingly communicative and friendly. The location was close to anything you could need. The best Scotchies and brand new super market/gas station is within 5 minutes. The guard station made us feel very secure. We loved it here and actually would love to stay with Kirk at this property again.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. I'm originally from Kingston and as a child while going on family trips to Trelawny where my dad is from, we would always stop in Ocho Rios. I was always in awe of St. Ann's natural beauty and laid back feel. This property is located only 10 mins from Ocho Rios. After a long journey from overseas it's pretty easy to reach this accommodation because it's central to all airports, 28 mins from Fleming Intl, 1hr 20 mins from Sangster Intl and 1hr 30 mins from Manley Intl.

The home is located in a fully gated RESIDENTIAL and secure community. It is quiet and the security is always on duty. You have complimentary access to the clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool, kiddies play area.

What makes this property unique

This house has air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. There is a three (3) stage water filtration system on the house, so no need to buy bottled drinking water. If you prefer natural air, all windows and external doors have insect screens. There is a lush garden with a beautiful lawn for kids to play on and front porch to sit and relax.
