The code that was provided did not work, we called the host several times without any answer, we didn’t get through until we went back to the security station and they called a second number before we were able to enter the property

The property was clean and centrally located. All was good except we had no hot water day 2 of our stay. Winston made efforts to fix the issue but I only got hot water a few days before checkout of my 14 day stay. We had no wifi for most of our stay no fault of Winston. The power line was knocked down by a truck and flow took a long time to get it back up. Winston tried his best to help by getting us a star link. It worked on and off. My stay at the property was good overall except for those two issues that Winston tries to help fix as soon as possible.
