We were in San Diego for a concert and this property is very close to Snapdragon stadium. Additionally, the place is easy to find, easy to get into, and quite comfortable. Yes, there is no AC (central), but with the main wall AC wall unit of the house and the fans, you will have no problem staying comfortable. The beds are clean and comfortable too. And the view off the back is quite nice indeed. The host was pleasant and quick to respond to inquiries. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to other travelers.

The place was great. Plenty of room to host or relax between the spacious living room and dining area. And the guitar on site was a nice bonus if you like to play. The little gym in the garage was great for a quick workout, and the kitchen was well appointed. I would definitely recommend and like to stay the next time we're in San Diego.

We had a wonderful stay at the San Diego Sunrise Adobe. This is exactly what we had in mind, quiet neighborhood away from loud traffic but conveniently located and close to pretty much everything. It was only about 20 minutes drive to beautiful La Jolla and other beaches. Also, there are grocery shops just few minutes away. The host was very responsive and kept checking on us to see if there was anything w needed. Thank you, we had an awesome stay in San Diego! :)

Home was warm and cozy. The morning inversion layer was epic! You are a 10-15 minute drive to down town. Stores were nearby for the little things we needed. I would recommend for a small family. Most importantly communication with owner was not an issue. Responded back in a timely manner. Great space!

The home was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the backyard view and patio games. Tyler was quick to respond to our questions and overall everything was very good. The only issue we had was that the air conditioner did not reach the bedrooms and the weather was particularly humid during our stay. That being said, we would stay again !

Parking was great. Easy and secure. We loved the outdoor patio and the open concept of the home. Location was perfect, close to shopping and food options. About 15 mins to Ocean Beach, 2 mins to Costco gas, 5 mins to the mall, quick highway access. Safe neighborhood from what we gathered.Only issue was connectivity to screen cast from iPhone. Sonos speaker would play the sounds by the tv wouldn't display anything.

Will definitely book again on our next trip to San Diego. Loved the home. Evey inch of the home was beautifully set up. We went for my sister in laws celebration of life. We wanted a quiet area while still being able to enjoy the view. Was able to make breakfast for the kids a their beautiful kitchen. Loved all the amemites and condiments already there. Their coffee machine was the best. I think I drank more coffee than I needed, but with that sunrise who wouldnt. We have zero complaints. Communication with Tyler and Anna were amazing and always on top of it! Best part, was being able to take home clean clothes!!! Thank you againg for such a delightful space.

Weekend in San Diego

This is a beautiful house and the owners are very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful Easter weekend here with my family of 5. The furniture was comfortable and the whole house nicely decorated. The view is beautiful and the back yard was peaceful — a perfect place for enjoying the beautiful San Diego weather. Everything in the house worked and we had no issues. My kids are already asking if we can come back!

We stayed at the Sunrise Adobe house with a couple of friends and our toddler while we were waiting for our home purchase to close. The home was beautiful and well equipped - from the bathroom amenities to the gym and sauna, the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The back area is well maintained and beautiful. Our toddler loved playing with the Connect 4 in the back and eating breakfast on the back table. Tyler was very communicative and responded to every question almost immediately. The home does not have AC in the bedrooms and feeds off of the mini-split in the main area. We did not have an issue, as there are fans in each bedroom and it's cooler at night, but I could see how it may be an issue during a heatwave (although these are rare). I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

A Great, Convenient Stay

As hosts, Tyler and Anna were great communicators. They reached out shortly after booking to provide some general information about their home and followed up a few days in advance of the check-in date to provide check-in instructions. They were even flexible with check-in time, which is always appreciated. Overall, the house was clean and provided ample space for our group of 7 guys between beds, couches, and air mattresses, and the 2 bathrooms. We did run into an issue with the refrigerator not working properly. Luckily, the Tyler and Anna were able to inspect it while our group was out of the house and resolved the issue. They even provided bags of ice for the inconvenience! The one slight knock I have is that it does get warm in the bedrooms. There is an AC unit on the wall of the dining room, but it didn't do much to cool down the rooms. In terms of location, this place is centrally located to many San Diego destinations. It's a quick, convenient 10-15 minute drive to Gaslamp bars or Miramar breweries, so I definitely recommend this for your next SD stay!
