Staff and family vacation

beautiful clean house to accommodate 13 people with all their own space .. staff members with their families had a wonderful time and very close like 5 mins walk to the club house and amenities over there for free would highly recommend staying here.. loved it!!

Home Needs Some TLC and Upgrades

We checked in with ease. Although, not the house we originally rented. I would like to bring the following to your attention:1). Patio wicker furniture should have been thrown in garbage before we arrived. (See picture)2). We have 8 in our group, and only 6 chairs for seating on Lanai. A few Lounge chairs would be ideal.3). Bedrooms are not smart TVs and don’t have cable or internet connections. Don’t work.4). The stairs going upstairs are cracked/missing panels and tape on them.5). No outdoor grill? Very disappointed.6). We’ve rented other homes in here and have been very pleased. Sadly, not this home.7). No tips on pool sticks, no chalk. This home is beautiful, however, needs pots and pans in kitchen. Extra bath towels would be appreciated. Some dish towels would be appreciated.All in all, we’ve made do for the week, however, will not rent this particular home again.

Great location and home with minor issues

Love the home; very spacious & great location. Some minor issues; house was so hot, everyone had a hard time sleeping as the set temperature was 74°, no change options. Pool was cold the first two days. No grill as pictured. We left a suitcase that has my moms hearing aid charger in it, they said they didn’t find it; our fault for leaving without it but they claimed it wasn’t there. TV’s need instructions. It took us too much time to figure out how to use them; we gave up on the upstairs TV.

Perfect for family to unwind

This home was a great for 3 generations of us looking for a place to relax and unwind while visiting local attractions. Great communication and property is described well here on the site. Great oasis for seeking a home away from home.

Very disappointed with swimming pool.

The swimming pool water quality was horrible. The pool was overrun with algae. When our grandkids tried the use it, they got out of the water after a few minutes complaining of smells and "bad water." I called the property manager several times at the beginning of our stay. They claimed they had sent someone to fix the problem, but it was never fixed. I asked them to call me with updates on fixing the problem, but they never called. We were not able to use the pool for our entire stay. Also, we could not use the resort pool in the evening because it closed early at dusk before we returned from theme parks. We paid for a house with a pool, but did not get one. There were a number of other problems with the house, such as the clothes dryer not working; chairs with loose legs,; broken light fixtures, but those problems were tolerable. Overall, the house fit our needs and the ac worked. However we were very disappointed with the pool and the property manager's failure to address the issue.

Family Disney Trip

Our vacation unit was clean and maintained a very comfortable temperature throughout the stay. The kitchen was well appointed, and the pool out back was very nice. The bonus for this unit, it's located across the street from the lake and walking distance to the club house and the resort's water park. We will return soon, Happy Summer!

Windsor Disney Get Away

This is a great property that needs a few tweaks. Kitchen supplies needed replacement. Many need to be tossed. Bath linens are pitiful and not in good supply. The broom, mop and vacuum are in horrible condition and need replacement. Rug downstairs is filthy and is a serious tripping hazard where it is rolled up on one side. The microwave buttons do not work. The coffee pot lid is broken. The owner could take 10% of the fee we paid to rent and upgrade easily upgrade these things. Cleaning staff needs to be followed up on. I understand the labor market, but top properties need top cleanliness.

Cleanliness concern

We experienced no mechanical issues with this property, however it did not seem to be well or thoroughly cleaned. There were marks and scuffs all over the walls and doors- even like someone had lipstick on and kissed the door. The floor/baseboards were very dirty. Cabinets had food on them amount other liquid drippings. The tv in one room did not work. We had trash debris’s still in our garbage can from the last tenants that we felt obligated to clean because the rental agreement states you won’t put free debris in the garbage can otherwise we would be charged for it. We had pictures missing on the walls and just overall felt like it wasn’t out together and there may not have been ample time for the property owners to clean before we arrived. One room also did not have a comforter- there was a duvet cover with nothing in it. Coffee mugs in the preset table setup were dirty and had coffee stains in them as if they weren’t checked by the cleaning crew (because it’s the tenants responsibility to wash the dishes and towels- which also some were musty smelling). There was ample space in the home and it is in a great location for wanting to go to Disney.

No patrol

Two nights of our 3 night stay were noisy late into the night due to people on the streets and around the pond area congregating, playing music, and partying. I was told that there was nothing the gatekeeer, whose cap said POLICE, could do. There was no one to call and report this to. I will never rent this nice location again because there is no patrol or recourse for this type of nuisance to renters.

bed logistics

our main issue was getting everyone in a bed they fit in, as we have big teen boys. to meet that goal we put to boys in the Elsa and Anna room! no one minded! we enjoyed the property, close to activity area. was surprised the lake had alligators and snakes, so no water activity there.
