The Main Floor has an open-concept living room, dining, and kitchen space bathed in natural light. From here, access a private courtyard, with a spa/pool and plush outdoor furniture - perfect for soaking in the Florida sun. The first master suite houses a King bed, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a double sink, glass-enclosed shower, and direct patio access. The second bedroom offers another King bed, adjacent to a full bathroom.



Going to the upper floor, venture into a prehistoric Jurassic World themed Game Room with Air Hockey, Pool Table, Game Console, Arcade, and challenge your family or friends to games. Before diving into the themed bedrooms, relax in the inviting loft. With a plush couch and ambient lighting, it's the perfect corner for reading or indulging in movie marathons.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
