Relax and unwind in our stunning 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom, family-friendly vacation home, located just a 20-minute drive to Disney and 30-minute drive to Universal Studios, nestled in the secure, gated Champions Gate Resort. The space offers all the amenities you’ll need during a quick getaway and sleeps 22 people - perfect for gatherings with friends and family!

The Space:
Enjoy preparing your dinner in your fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances or grilling in the beautiful back patio with friends, and dining al fresco by your private pool.. You’ll be kept entertained with an in-home games room, theater, every TV is at least a 43 inch 4K smart TV with complimentary Cable, and the kid's will love the themed bedrooms. Bring your own games and enjoy high graphics gaming in the retreat on two 50” 4K TV’s with a Playstation 5 and an Xbox Series X! Our home is equipped with kitchen and patio speakers with free access to play almost any song, podcast, or radio station.

Guest Access:
Parking:
• Up to 4 vehicles can park in the driveway, with additional parking available in the street to the front and side of the house. Parking is also available at the clubhouse only during the day.

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.

The Neighborhood:
The Oasis Club at Champions Gate: Considered one of the most beautiful resort communities in all of Davenport area! This ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World theme parks via FL-429 S (this route has tolls) or Westside Blvd. Also, close by are many dining, local wineries, shopping and entertainment options!

Guests get full access to the Champions Gate Resort and the Oasis Clubhouse amenities. It is a large development encompassed by 36 holes of championship level golf course, plus there is an additional 15 acres of recreation area. If golf isn’t your thing, there is a day spa where you can relax, enjoy a massage, or indulge in a pedicure. In addition, there is a quiet zone, lane swim pool, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone and an 850-foot lazy river and wave pool. There is also a movie theatre, fitness centre, dance/exercise studio, children’s day club, internet room, gaming arcade, shop, beach volleyball court and a poolside tiki bar.

Pet Friendly:
• Dogs (no cats) up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating are an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $45/day that we provide upon request. Please inquire for more details.

• We're happy to deliver:
- a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).
- 2 Xbox and 2 PlayStation controllers for a $350 refundable deposit when returned undamaged.

• If you need any additional supplies or if you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Safety:
• Safety is of the utmost importance for our family when we travel and we have provided nothing less than our expectations for your family/group. Our home is equipped with at least 1 additional child safety lock on every exterior door, a pool gate, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, a first aid kit and postings with local emergency contacts and pool safety/emergency information.

• Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
