This VRBO was great for us for our purposes. We were in town visiting our grandkids who live nearby. The VRBO was big enough, with enough beds, that we were able to have them stay with us for a couples nights. The best part of this VRBO is the location. Walking distance to all the very nice restaurants and stores in downtown Renton. We found this VRBO to be clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable. The place was very quiet at night. There was a nice table with plenty of seating for dining as well as playing cards and games. Great place to come back to in the evening after fun days of sightseeing. Check in and check out were very easy and hassle-free.

So yes it’s been recently renovated. They’ve done a good job. The air conditioner is a room AC on wheels attached to the window. When it was hot outside, the AC couldn’t keep up. It was very uncomfortable for a few nights. I’d be much happier with window units.

Environ 30 minutes du Centre-ville de Seattle. Plusieurs petits restaurants à distance de marche. Appartement très confortable, on y retournerait sans hésitation.
