This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom cabin (sleeps 8) offers peace and tranquility while being only a few miles away from shopping, restaurants, and uptown amenities. Enjoy the wrap-around covered deck and watch elk and other wildlife play on the expansive 5-acre property. Experience the finest life in the Rockies!

Security Deposit:
The security deposit is not counted in the total. The deposit is $300.00. This is fully refundable and not a charge just a temporary hold placed on the card 2 days before arrival and released 4 days after departure as long as there have been no damages. The deposit is through our company, Bearskin Lodges, and not through the booking platform.

Great place, unfortunate that much of the acreage was not accessible due to the stairs marked as keep out, but otherwise a nice place to relax and enjoy Pagosa
